Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins processing your order immediately. All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Please note: During peak periods such as sales events or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always notify you by email if there is any delay.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and customs clearance for international orders.

  • Domestic express delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch

  • International standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch

  • International express delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.

  • Tracking information is typically activated within 24 hours of dispatch

  • You can track your order directly through the courier's website using the provided tracking number

  • If your tracking link is not working after 24 hours, please contact our support team

International Shipping

Swave proudly ships to most countries worldwide. International orders are subject to the shipping rates and delivery times outlined above.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Swave cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

  • We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide

  • Some remote locations may incur additional shipping charges

  • International express shipping is available for most major destinations

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout.

Please be aware: Swave has no control over customs charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order if you are unsure of potential fees.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a notification card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.

  • Parcels uncollected after the carrier's holding period may be returned to us

  • If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery — additional shipping charges may apply

  • Swave is not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address provided at checkout

Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging every Swave order. However, if your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage or missing item

  • Clear photographs of the damaged packaging and/or item

We will investigate promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
