To be eligible for a refund, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards or store credit

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is straightforward. Simply follow these steps:

02 Receive Return Instructions

Our team will respond within 24 hours with your return authorisation and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

03 Send Your Item Back

Pack the item securely and send it back using the instructions provided. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.

04 Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

  • Card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear depending on your bank

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion. This may apply to:

  • Items returned in a condition that shows signs of light use but are otherwise resaleable

  • Items returned without original packaging where packaging is deemed part of the product

  • Orders where only part of the items are being returned

Exchanges

We currently process exchanges as a return and repurchase. If you would like a different size, colour, or item, please follow the standard refund process and place a new order for the item you want.

This ensures you receive your replacement item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return process to complete fully.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Sale Items

Late Refunds
